Challenge, Constraints & Client Preference
Client already made the application with low code tools but was not satisfied with UI, also he was trying to replicate legacy industry leader software and wanted same but should look different to avoid copyright. Also no scope for user interviews or research apart from reference of legacy software as these B2B software are for internal purpose and not disclosed publicly.
Project Requirements
The Dashboard main users are going to be top level management of Automobile OEM's for seeing birds eye view which dealers are performing well and which needs more attention.
Also data should be filtered based on different zones.
And there would be 3 different logins. Top level management of OEM, Dealers and Admin.

Conclusion
Client explained how they were trying to build this product without a proper UX designer and how they failed multiple times and had to change people or designers. Its not only about making UI look good but how clearly and easily information is available.
