Mobile Application for GIFT City Visitor Management
This mobile application was made taking requirements from GIFT City management. Their requirement was to make mobile application for Guards as users and track visitors in and out of GIFT City.

Challenge, Constraints & Client Preference
The major challenge and constraint was that no hardware or technological update was allowed, only software update was available, means technology such as RFID or other new technologies cannot be used.
User Research
Initial research was done by taking personal interviews of Security Guards present at main gate and understanding the problems in depth.
Findings
1.) There was no digital system and paper was used to keep record of visitors, which not only wasn't trackable but less secure.
2.) Security Guards were less tech savvy but could manage some basic functions in mobile application.
3.) Admin panel or dashboard was also required to keep record of visitors entry and update other functions.
4.) Also because of this old method lot of traffic jam was created at peak hours of visitor's.
Wireframes
Revamping the e-commerce website proved to be a game-changer in enhancing user experience and driving sales. By simplifying the navigation and checkout process, we created a more enjoyable shopping experience that significantly boosted conversion rates and customer satisfaction. This project highlights the critical role of UX design in the success of e-commerce platforms.

Login Page
In this username and password would be inputted by security guard. Each guard would have separate username and password so that users can be tracked of who made the entry.
Home Page
After Login this page would appear.
"Add Visitor" button is kept at thumps reach as that function is going to be used most.
"News" section would open any news spread by admin at GIFT City office for delivering important general messages.
"Today's Visitor" section opens visitor lists for that day, whereas "Visitor History" allowes users to see visitors as long as 1 year or more depending on requirement of Admin.
Details Page
In this page details would be filled by security guard to generate visitor pass.
Visitor's Pass
This generated pass would be valid inside whole GIFT City and there is backend entry of his timings and details. Also QR scanner act as checkout, which guard can scan when he is moving out of premises.
Today's Visitor History
This page shows all the visitors for that particular day. Security Guards can see the details and if required check out someone.
Similarly "Visitor History" page is there, but filters such as date, time & building is added to give details of visitor's for specific date.
